1. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments
2.1 Subscription Plans
NoteAI offers various subscription plans, including weekly, monthly, and annual options. Subscription details, including pricing and features, are available within the App.
2.2 Payment and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by accessing your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
3. User Content
3.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or record using the App ("User Content").
3.2 License to Us
By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.
